NORA ZAGA

Nora Zaga, psychologist, singer and actor. A university teacher, now retired, researcher and a full professor of Psychopedagogical Theater at the Arts Faculty of the National University of Córdoba. Nora was one of the founders of the Canto Popular movement in the Argentine province of Córdoba in the 1970s. With Delia Cafieri, they formed the Duo Nora y Delia (Así como un gorrión, 1977, Venezuela; and in CD, foundation of the Faculty of Humanities and Philosophy of the National University of Córdoba, 1999). Nora acted in various musical shows for children (Mexico) and for adults (Argentina and France), and is both a member and a singing teacher of the collective Cuerpo Sonoro. As a researcher, her work was published in Teatro, Política y Universidad. Córdoba 1965-1975. (E-books, at the School of Humanities and Philosophy of the National University of Córdoba, 2017). A keen gardener and woodworker, she lives and works in the provincial capital city of Córdoba.
