Francisco Marguch

Francisco Marguch holds a PhD in Spanish and Portuguese Languages and Literatures from New York University, where he taught until 2020. There, he coordinated translation workshops for people seeking political asylum and received the NYU Standing Teaching Award. He is currently part of the Writing and Life research team, led by Dr. Alicia Vaggione and Dr. Soledad Boero, and is a member of the Social Discourse Theory I faculty at the School of Letters, FFyH, National University of Córdoba. He has published articles on territories, affections, and subjectivities in Latin American literature and cinema (in magazines such as Catedral Tomada, Badebec, Deleuze Studies, among others) and chapters in research books on contemporary literature in the Southern Cone. Before working as editor and assistant director at Bosquemadura, he was part of the editorial committee of the magazine Catedral Tomada.
