Gisela Here
Digital Book Design
Gisela Here is a graphic designer with a master's degree in Communication Design from the Faculty of Architecture, Design, and Urbanism at the University of Buenos Aires. She has over twenty years of extensive experience in the field of design, working for printing companies, design studios, and agencies. In 2006, she founded her small studio, Here, with her own national and international clients. Among her portfolio highlights are the annual visual identity design for the Shine Dance Festival (North Vancouver, Canada), the layout and design of books for the National Institute of Music (INAMU), and the comprehensive design of the project Un Dios Salvaje (Red Editorial, 2022). Since 2008, she has combined her work as a designer with intense academic activity as a researcher and teacher in the subjects History of Art and the Avant-garde of the 20th Century (Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, UNDAV), Morphology 1 and Aesthetics (Graphic Design and Image and Sound Design degrees, FADU/UBA). She is currently writing her Master's thesis in Contemporary Latin American Aesthetics (UNDAV).
